This kid is on fire lately, he recently appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, he is all over the music blog world, and he has the catchiest metaphors since Lil Wayne, except his make sense relative to the song.

Ah the French, taking a fellow native’s track and making into a disco dance party track. The Blisters Boyz did just that with Justice’s new hit “Newlands,” and added a much-needed dance kick to it. You may have first heard of Justice from their addictive song, “Civilization,” that played in all those Adidas commercials over the summer. D and I, (the two guys who run this site) work a regular 9-5 job and during the day are confined in wonderful cubicles. One of the reasons we started this site is while we were combing through spreadsheets and performing data entry, we were always listening to music. We thought it would be great if there was a site we could go to that would filter through most of the crap and give us quality music that we could listen to all day. Pretty soon people would be consistently asking us what was good and what was new. So in order to appease the masses we started this site. Now we have a ton of fans at work and more people everyday are able to listen to new music they may have not discovered on their own. “Room for Happiness,” is off Kaskade’s new album and features stand out writer and performer, Skylar Grey. Drake ft. Lil Wayne – The Motto
South Londoner Dan Smith began creating/releasing music under the alias Bastille for close to a year now. Since finding some success on the internet, he decided to transform this once side project into a full band and thus his first single “Flaws.” Here he brings a catchy tune backed with some heavy background vocals to fill out the light electro-pop beat that makes for solid first single. Also attached is his cover of City High’s “What would you do?” which has catapulted him to the top of the internet charts. An interesting take on the group’s huge smash single, bringing in an eerie beat and haunting vocals, which brings some reality to the lyrics as opposed to the happy tune we all know and love about a girl who can’t afford to support her child so she strips for money and ran away from her abuse father. Wait, what?
